“I have always wanted to use the services of a doula but wasn't sure how to go about it. A few days before my delivery, a friend of mine asked me if I would love to use a doula and I said yes; that marked the beginning of my blessing because Christine is not just a doula, she is a huge blessing to my life. My friend introduced us and Christine was there all through my labour and delivery period, she gave me all the emotional, physical and psychological support that I needed during this period. I had a very long labour but she was there to suggest to me what she thinks I could try that can help hasten my contraction/labour.
