Establishing lactation: immediate postpartum
Get the support you need when it matters most through one-on-one care in the first one to three days postpartum. Research shows that early support makes a difference for both initial and longterm success with lactation. Whether you’re at home or in hospital, this personalized care option can help you feel more confident as you begin your breastfeeding journey and supports you in achieving your breastfeeding goals. Gentle, experienced guidance that is evidence-based and follows the standards of the World Health Organization. Register during pregnancy or reach out immediately after your baby’s birth.
Lactation issues: assessment
Are you looking for help with a breastfeeding issue beyond the first three days postpartum? Whether you’re hoping to improve baby’s latch, are wondering about your positioning, have ‘not enough’ or ‘too much’ milk, if your baby is refusing the breast or… any lactation question you have! I would love to support you. We’ll start with a 90 minute assessment and support session in your home. You’ll receive a follow-up call/text afterwards to see how you and baby are doing — and in case there’s that one question that you wish you had asked.
Lactation issues: follow-up
After your initial assessment, 60 minute follow-up support sessions can be booked as needed. You’ll receive a follow-up call/text after each session to see how you and baby are doing.
