Bump and Birth ($1100)
What’s included?
2 or 3 prenatal sessions (information, resources, preparing emotionally and physiologically for birth, partner support, birth planning, lactation basics, etc.),
talk and text support throughout pregnancy,
24/7 on call support starting at 38 weeks,
one-on-one labour support,
1-3 hours of immediate care/lactation support after the birth,
one postpartum visit within the first week after the birth, and
weekly wellness check-ins for the first six weeks after the birth
OPTIONAL: ADD PHOTOGRAPHY FOR JUST $300
Bump, Birth and Beyond ($1350)
What’s included?
everything in ‘Bump and Birth’ (see above)
PLUS a second postpartum visit in the first or second week after the birth
AND four additional hours of lactation/postpartum support within the first 6 weeks after the birth
OPTIONAL: ADD PHOTOGRAPHY FOR JUST $300
Maybe, Baby? ($700)
Not sure if you want me at your birth? But still want all the benefits of preparing one-on-one plus the prenatal and postpartum care of a doula? This may be the plan for you…
What’s included?

one postpartum visit within the first week after the birth, and
weekly wellness check-ins for the first six weeks after the birth
With this option, we’ll meet together for prenatal prep, with talk and text support throughout pregnancy… but without the on-call and birth portions. You’ll get all the benefits of preparing for birth through movement, birth planning and more. If you change your mind about birth support at any time, you can add it on for an additional $400 (depending on availability).
OPTIONAL: ADD EXTRA POSTPARTUM/LACTATION SUPPORT FOR JUST $250

Pro bono birth support…
I offer free/minimal cost birth support several times a year on an ‘as needed’ or referral basis. Reach out if you think you might qualify, or if you want to refer someone for support.
